سامسونغ تتخلى عن مساعدها الذكي S Voice

تستعد شركة سامسونغ الكورية الجنوبية للتخلص من مساعدها الذكي المعروف S Voice بعد سنوات من العمل على أجهزتها المحمولة، و هو قرار كان منتظرا منذ قدوم المساعد الشخصي الجديد Bixby و الذي استحوذ على اهتمام الشركة و المستخدين باعتباره برناج المستقبل.

و كانت شركة سامسونغ قد أطلقت S Voice مساعدها الذكي في 2012، أي قبل ثماني سنوات، لكن الاهتمام به من طرف الشركة تراجع منذ إطلاقها لمساعدها الذكي الجديد Bixby في عام 2017، حيث تتجه الشركة للتخلي عنه نهائيا بعد أن ترك مكانه منذ ثلاث سنوات في هواتف سامسونغ الرئيسية ثم الهواتف الجديدة بصفة عامة لـ Bixby ، أما هذه المرة فقد حددت شركة سامسونغ موعدا نهائيا للتخلي عن S Voice.

هكذا فقد أعلنت الشركة الكورية الجنوبية أن الموعد الرسمي لنهاية العمل بمساعدها الشخصي الأسبق S Voice سيكون في يوم فاتح يونيو 2020، و بالتالي فإن كل الأسئلة الموجهة إلى أو لأداء وظائفه المعتادة لن تكون ممكنة بعد هذا التاريخ، و بالتالي فإن سيكون على المستخدمين سواء المرور إلى Bixby أو الاعتماد على المساعد الشخصي لجوجل Google Assistant.
